Terms and Conditions:

1. This is a Saxophone Teachers website aimed at providing Saxophone Lessons to potential students. It should go without saying that there will be no adult content, racial hatred, pornographic content, gambling, drugs, terrorism, or any internet nastiness tolerated here. Any abuse of this will result in the listing being instantly removed, and any monies already payed will be forfieted.
2. If you sign up for any of the subscription options, your contact details WILL be made available to the internet at large - this is the whole point !! However, we will only display the contact details you wish to be made public. A suggestion would be to only display your suburb, and not your actual street address. Perhaps also consider having a specific email address for your potential saxophone students only.
3. We take your privacy very seriously. Your details will not be shared/sold/traded with anyone, ever.
4. Images supplied must be in .jpg format, and less than 100 Kb in size - Gold, Gold With Cherry, Platinum Subscription only.
5. Audio sound grabs supplied must be in MP3 format, and less than 1 Mb in size - Gold, Gold With Cherry, Platinum Subscription only.
6. Video files themselves will not be accepted (except for Platinum Subscriptions). However, links to your video uploads on YouTube, Viddler, MetaCafe, DailyMotion, or most other video sharing sites will be happily embedded into your page if you like - Gold, Gold With Cherry, Platinum Subscriptions only.
7. All Subscription options can be cancelled at any time.
8. All Subscription options have a recurring monthly fee, payable in advance.
9. Gold With Cherry and Platinum Subscriptions have a minimum term of 6 months payable in advance. The monthly fee can be cancelled at any time after 6 months, however this will forfiet your domain name and website (Platinum). Domain names cannot be changed - so please choose your domain name carefully. Don't forget to check the spelling !! Similarly, the yearly Platinum Subscription fee for your (up to) 5 page website is also not able to be refunded. This is because the funds are instantly used towards the purchase of the website tools, necessary hosting, etc.
10. You will be given access to "the keys" to your Platinum Subscription website once payment is confirmed, once the website is complete, after a minimum of 6 months, if you wish. You may edit your Platinum Subscription website yourself if you wish, but not your individual page within SaxophoneTeachers.com . All website creation tools are supplied by DIYWebsitesByMatt.com .
